Mayor Barrett and DA Support Comprehensive Ban on Assault Weapons

Milwaukee, WI— Mayor Tom Barrett, District Attorney E. Michael McCann and Wisconsin's Anti-Violence Effort will hold a news conference on Monday, September 13th.  They will decry sunset of Federal Assault Weapons Ban.  Mayor Barrett and the District Attorney will explain why a comprehensive ban on assault weapons is needed to protect Wisconsin's citizens and law enforcement officials.
