Center Hours
Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–8:45 p.m.
Saturday (Sept.–May only) 9 a.m.–3 p.m.

Membership card required for all activities


Adult Programs
  • Weight Room, Year round
    Open during all building hours
    No additional fee to use weights.
    Equipment: free weights, weight machines, exercise bikes, tread mills. Instruction on proper use of equipment when staff is available.
    Note: Youths age 13 & up who have been given permission by the Center will be admitted. Other children are not allowed in the weight room at any time.
  • Women's Workout Area, Year round
    A space for the workout needs of women.
    Equipment: free weights; exercise bikes; tread mills; steps; tapes for Pilates, yoga and step aerobics.
    Note: Children are not allowed in the workout area at any time.
  • Boxing - Open Ring - Adults
    Work out on your own. Bring your own equipment. Call the Center to check evening availability.


Fitness/Martial Arts
  • Salsa Class, M,W 7:30-8:45 p.m., F 7-8:30 p.m.
    Age 14 & up
    One-hour class includes 45 minutes of aerobic activity to enhance cardiovascular fitness and 15 minutes of strengthening and toning for arms, legs, and abs. Routines can be adjusted to any skill level. Join classes at any time
  • Open Gym,
    Adults: Sept.–May: M–F 9 a.m.–3 p.m. (Schedule subject to change)
  • Karate & Judo, Tu, Th 6–7 p.m., Sat. noon-2 p.m. (Sept-May only)
    Age 5–adult
    For beginners through advanced
    Nominal class fee and a uniform may be required. Join classes at any time.

    Provided by Milwaukee Tennis & Education Foundation
    Youth are given basic tennis instruction and may participate in tournament play.
    Students also participate in reading, writing, and life-skills programs. Call TEAM at (414) 442-8195

  • Character-building Programs for Boys & Girls
    Provided by Summit Educational Association, Inc 
    Volunteer mentors help children to develop traits such as honesty and responsibility by using academic, athletic, and art activities. Call SEA at (414) 672-1786
