Milwaukee By Cycle - This site is a bike-trail and bike-route-finding application. Enter origin and destination addresses and the program returns streets and/or bicycle trails. The routes are overlaid on a map, and a list of written directions is also provided. This program selects streets based on available bicycle facilities and traffic and road conditions. This program was developed by The Bicycle Federation of Wisconsin through support by the City of Milwaukee and Milwaukee County Parks. This program is in the beta test version, with the City of Milwaukee planning to make improvements over time.
StreetShare - The StreetShare program is designed to educate and encourage motorists about their responsibility to allow pedestrians to cross the street at a crosswalk, to drive within the speed limit and to share the road with bicyclists and other users.
