Mark Borkowski was elected 11th District Supervisor in 1992 and re-elected in 1996, 2000, 2004 and 2008. Supervisor Borkowski is a longtime resident of Milwaukee County.

 

He graduated from Carroll College in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He also is a Master Degree candidate in Management at Cardinal Stritch University.

Supervisor Borkowski is currently serving as a member of the Transportation, Public Works and Transit Committee, the Intergovernmental Relations Committee and the Personnel Committee.

 

Supervisor Borkowski is a member of the War Memorial Board of Trustees, the Knights of Columbus, Fourth Degree, Pere Marquette 524, the South Side Business Club, the Greenfield Chamber of Commerce and SECUB (Southeastern Chamber United in Business). He is the former President, Polish National Alliance, Milwaukee Society Group 2159 and past Chairman, St. Francis Hospital Eleemosynarians, Executive Director of the Mitchell Street Advancement Corp. and Development Director of Special Events at the American Heart Association. In addition, he is a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church and St. Gregory the Great Church, as well as past President of the St. Joseph's Foundation and a member of the Basilica of St. Josaphat Foundation. Borkowski, a former National Director for the Polish National Alliance, is currently the elected Male Commissioner in District 14 for the PNA.
