South Shore Park Pavilion 2900 South Shore Drive
A classic park building with stately wood-beamed interior and brick exterior is located on the shore of Lake Michigan, offering a great view of the Marina and the lake. Two rooms accommodate small or large groups.
Available: Year round, 10am–midnight Rental Room Size: Large room – 68'x39', Small room – 32'x25' Capacity: 210 Accessibility: Handicap accessible, chair lift Amenities: Tables, chairs, kitchen, refrigerator, range, coffeemaker, lectern, public address system Catering: Caterer of your choice Parking: Ample parking in lot and street parking NOTE: Do not use corn meal, salt, talcum powder or any other material on the dance floor!
Advance Booking: beginning Jan. 4, 2010, book through Dec. 31, 2011 (pay the current year's rate) 2010 Rate: $405 + $350 security deposit (that is, $680) for up to a 3-hour rental. The security deposit will be returned if there are no damage or clean-up charges. Add'l hours may be available at $135 per add'l hour
