Statement of Belief:   We believe families are our most important resource. We recognize the potential of families to identify their needs, build on their strengths and heal themselves with caring community support. To this end, the primary focus of the TANF program is the preservation and empowerment of families in Milwaukee County.

Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Provider Network

The TANF program will facilitate the development of Single Care Plans for consumers, engage the TANF Integrated Provider Network and provide care coordination among the identified community systems obligated to meet the treatment needs of the parent and their family.


Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Services Provided

A collaborative cross-system approach of services are designed to meet multiple needs of consumers and families involved in Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) treatment. These treatment services include:

  • Outpatient
  • Day Treatment
  • Residential
