 Parental Education and Parenting/Co-Parenting Programs

At the time of filing, information regarding parental education programs, as well as parenting/co-parenting programs, is available. The Family Court Commissioner provides a list of currently approved parental education.

All parties with minor children who are involved in a divorce are required to participate in one such education program. In other cases the court may, at its discretion, order the parties to participate in a parenting or co-parenting program.
