Hampton Ave. Many windows in this pavilion showcase a scenic view of the Milwaukee River with a stand of mature trees as the backdrop. Available: Due to construction of the David Schulz Aquatic Center, the pavilion is closed through mid-July 2009. Tentative hours are scheduled to be: Year round, 10am–10pm Rental Room Size: 56'x32' - may change due to construction Capacity: 100 may change due to construction Accessibility: Handicap accessible Amenities: Air conditioning, tables, chairs, kitchen, refrigerator, range, soda machine Catering: Caterer of your choice Parking: Ample parking in adjacent lot Lincoln Park Map Advance Booking: beginning Jan. 2, 2008, book through Dec. 31, 2009 (pay the current year's rate) Pavilion closed through mid-July 2009 2008 Maximum Rate: $60 per hour, 3-hour minimum Add'l hours may be available at a per-hour cost.
