YOUTH ATHLETIC FIELD PERMIT FEES

2008 SPORTS SEASON

 

 

Upon receipt of your application COMPLETELY FILLED OUT with proper fee, this department will reserve the facilities requested according to their availability.  THIS OFFICE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES AS NEEDED.  Permits will not be processed until FULL PAYMENT is received.

 

 

A.  LEAGUE PLAY- LEAGUE PLAY IS LIMITED TO NUMBER OF ALLOTTED GAMES. PLEASE SEE ATTATCHED SHEET WITH GAME ALLOTTMENTS.  League play is for organizations looking to coordinate a league utilizing county fields and fees are based on total amount of teams playing on county fields not home teams/games.

1.  Youth League (Full League; Minimum 4 teams)

                              $62.50 + $3.50tax per team (without lights),  $72.50 + $4.06tax per team (with lights).

 

2.  Youth League - *Primary Baseball Fields (*Aaron, Harden, Kuenn, Simmons, and Zirkel)

                         $77.50 + $4.34tax per team (without lights),  $87.50 + $4.90tax per team (with lights). 

 

B.  SINGLE GAME FEE

1.  Youth (without lights) - All softball, secondary baseball, football, soccer, and rugby fields

      $40.00+2.24tax per game.

           

2.  Youth (without lights) - *Primary Baseball Fields (*Aaron, Harden, Kuenn, Simmons, and Zirkel)

      $55.00+3.08tax per game,  $65.00+3.64tax per game with scoreboard and P.A. system. 

                

3.  Youth (with lights) - All softball, football and soccer fields

      $55.00+3.08tax per game.

           

4.  Youth (with lights) - *Primary Baseball Fields (*Aaron, Harden, Kuenn, Simmons, and Zirkel)

      $65.00+3.64tax per game,  $75.00+4.20tax per game with scoreboard and P.A. system.

         

 

C.  TOURNAMENTS

*WILSON REC & STADIUM have a $15.00 lighting fee per field per date

 

NOTE:  Upon determination of tournament date(s) and location(s), full payment is DUE IMMEDIATELY with application along with TOURNAMENT SCHEDULES.  A 50% refund will be given if cancellation is prior to one week of start date.  The FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if tournament is cancelled later than ONE WEEK prior to start date.

 

D.  CLINICS AND SPECIAL EVENTS  - Youth - $150.00 +$8.40tax per field

                  Clinic schedule or program flyer must be received no later than two weeks prior to clinic.
