Milwaukee County Department on Aging Home Delivered Meal Program

Home delivered meals are funded by the Milwaukee County Department on Aging and managed through Goodwill Senior Services. The program promotes independent living for homebound older adults through the delivery of a hot, nutritious noon meal Monday through Friday. Frozen weekend meals are available when an assessment shows a need for additional help.

To be eligible for the program, a person must be:

  • 60 years of age or older (or a spouse of any age or a disabled family member of any age in the same home)a resident of Milwaukee County

  • living alone or with no other adult living in the same house, building, or area who is able or willing to prepare meals
