Milwaukee County Historical Society

Keeping Milwaukee’s rich heritage safe and available for today and tomorrow’s generations. The Milwaukee County Historical Society is headquartered in a historic former bank building built in 1913. Located at 910 N. Old World 3rd St., (3rd and Kilbourn) the Society’s headquarters maintains an exhibition program, research library, and administrative offices.

Visit the Society’s website to learn about hours and details on exhibitions, outreach programs, guided tours for students and adults, archival and artifact collections. The Society also owns three historic properties in the area and manages Trimborn Farm Park for Milwaukee County Parks.
