Accessing GAMP

For installation instructions for the JInitiator update,
required for access to McClears after March 11th, 2007.

HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO GAMP?
You must be a GAMP Provider to have access to the GAMP system.

Complete and sign the Request For Access to McClears form and have your supervisor complete the supervisor approval section. Mail the completed form to:

You will be assigned a UserID and password that will be sent to you via e-mail .

To access the GAMP website please enter www.milwcnty.com in your browser. Choose the DOWNLOAD option and click on jinit13126.exe. Install this plug-in on your computer. After the installation is complete, re-enter www.milwcnty.com in your browser. When the page comes up choose MCCLEARS/GAMP option. You will be given a screen to enter your username, password and a database.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE MOST COMMON PROBLEMS I WILL EXPERIENCE WHILE TRYING TO ACCESS GAMP?

1. Entering incorrect password
2. Entering incorrect user name
3. Getting locked out of GAMP
4. Changing your password after 90 days
5. Trying to use the system

WHEN IS GAMP AVAILABLE?

GAMP is available seven days per week and twenty-four hours per day except for maintenance or unscheduled downtime.
