To insure that Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms are afforded maximum opportunity to participate in all Milwaukee County procurements, the Community Business Development Partners (CBDP) section monitors and enforces Milwaukee County ordinances, which require responsible DBE involvement. To assure this is done, the CBDP office reviews, signs-off, monitors, and enforces DBE provisions on all Milwaukee County contracts.
