City of Milwaukee Family Health Clinic (FHC)

 

What is FHC?

FHC is a clinic that offers free health check-ups provided by Public Health Nurses. This clinic is by appointment only.

 

What services are provided?

FHC offer a wide range of services to infants, children and adults:

  • Immunizations
  • Measurement of height, weight, and blood pressure
  • Pregnancy testing
  • Physical assessment
  • Preventive counseling
  • Referrals as needed to other community resources
  • Vision and hearing screening

 

Who can use our FHC?

City of Milwaukee residents only

 

Where is FHC located and what are the hours?

We have three locations for FHC:

  • Keenan Health Center, 3200 N. 36 St
    Hours: Friday 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.
  • Northwest Health Center, 7630 W. Mill Rd
    Hours: Wednesday 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Southside Health Center, 1639 S. 23 St
    Hours: Monday 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
               Thursday 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.
               Friday 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.
                         1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
