Campaign Finance Reports

The long form, EB-2, is filed when a campaign has received or disbursed funds within the reporting period.   The short form, EB-2A, is a postcard and is filed when there have been no changes in the campaign account since the last reporting period.   Submit only the pages that have reporting information documented.
