 As of January 1, 2009 GAMP no longer provides

medical coverage or authorizes medical services.

ALL patients on the GAMP program as of December 31, 2008

have been converted to the State Program:

BadgerCare Plus Core Plan for Childless Adults

Core Plan benefits began January 1, 2009

 All claims submitted prior to June 26, 2009 for 2008 dates of service

have been processed for payment. Please see your EOB for payment

confirmation or denial reasons. 

As of July 1, 2009, the McClears computer system is no

longer available for eligibility or authorization information.
