Bidding Procedure

All vendors who wish to do business with the City of Milwaukee are required to register for E-notify. Beginning 7/1/04, E-notify will be the City's exclusive bid notification system. You may register for E-notify at the following site: http://www.milwaukee.gov/eservices/enotify.html. If your firm qualifies as a disadvantaged or small business, please contact the Emerging Business Enterprise Program. Vendors may view a current list of pending bids (over $30,000) at http://www.milwaukee.gov/display/router.asp?docid=336 Formal bids over $30,000 are advertised publicly in the Daily Reporter, the current official newspaper of the City of Milwaukee. A copy of a pending bid may also be obtained from the Procurement Services Section upon request.
