On this page you will find some of the City of Milwaukee's miscellaneous surplus items.  You may also find items for sale by other municipalities who have posted items on this site!  Please be sure to read all information contained on each item listed to ensure that you are fully aware of any inspection pickup and payment requirements that may pertain to items offered by municipalities other than the City of Milwaukee.

1. There is no fee to register or to place a bid.
   
   
2. Bid prices will be updated as bids are submitted. The high bidder will be notified that they are the current high bidder and also notified when they are out bid.
   
   
3. The award of an item will go to the highest bidder.
   
   
4. The City of Milwaukee cannot accept responsibility for network and/or power outages that may occur during the transmission of bids.
   
   
5. All items being offered for sale are being SOLD AS IS, with no warranty or guarantee.
   
   
6. Any bidder who is awarded an item and fails to pickup and pay for that item may be prohibited from participating in any future City of Milwaukee on-line auction activities.The City reserves the right to make changes to items posted for sale, if deemed necessary, up to 24 hours prior to the posted bid closing time. It is the responsibility of bidders to monitor the site and amend their bids accordingly, if they so desire, before the posted closing time.
   
   
7.  The City reserves the right to reject all bids and cancel the offer to sell posted items at any time, if deemed necessary.
   
   
8. How to bid: Click on the item you wish to bid on you will have the option to submit a bid.
   Complete the information in the e-notify profile. Once you are registered for e-notify your information will be dynamically filled in on future bids.   
          
   
9.  Method of Payment:  Payment must be at time of merchandise pick-up.  Cash, cashier's checks, traveler's check, personal checks may be used for payment. Sorry, no charge cards are accepted. 
   
    
10.  Pick-up of goods:  Please call Richard Bunke at 414-286-2394 to make arrangements for a date and time for pick-up.  THE CITY WILL NOT SHIP ANY  MERCHANDISE.
